Lakeside, CA – October 5, 2025 — On Sunday morning, Ashley Fang, a 10th grader and the Chinese Cultural Ambassador and Director at the ESC Club, led a special online cultural workshop for the Lakeside Mandarin and Spanish Immersion Program, celebrating the Mid- Autumn Festival, also known as the Moon Festival.

Representing the ESC Club, Ashley shared the story of the Moon Festival and guided participants through a hands-on moon cake–making activity.
